How we got started
Today, Plan Administration is known as the leader in this field, currently administering plans for over 30 Insurance Companies. We sometimes have as many as 5 different carriers on one billing statement. We specialize in the administration of Group, Life, AD&D, Vision, Long and Short Term Disability, Dental and all forms of Voluntary Products. In fact, we often represent the largest single source book of business for each carrier and are therefore able to work closely with claim examiners to help facilitate and adjudicate payments in those situations where difficulties may arise and work through amendment requests. We are the resource a Broker can call upon to fill their clients needs.

Upon renewal of a plan, we gather the data from our system, work with the Broker and send to competitive carriers to secure a better rate or work with the in-force carrier to reduce their rates, saving time, effort and money. We take problems off of your desk.

Our employees have a broad experience working with carriers and brokers, so we have an in-depth knowledge of both sides.  We are sometimes regarded as the experts in all size cases, especially difficult ones.

Knowledge
We know the marketplace as well as anyone engaged in administration because we have many cases, all with diversified natures involving a multitude of brokers. We are slow to accept fads, especially those that may be of harm to a client or broker, but, when we are convinced that it will be beneficial to a client, we will put our whole company behind it.

We currently service over 7,700 clients. We provide one monthly list billing for all lines of coverage, multiple locations billing if desired. Ease of administration for multiple carriers, one enrollment card, one bill, one check and one administration office.
